COMI Arbitration
The use of COMI Arbitration enables you to get an authoritative, final and enforceable decision in a simple, fast and affordable way.
The procedure can be adjusted to the needs of the conflict and the parties in question. Because of the simplicity of the procedure and the active role of the arbitrator, the parties do not necessarily need to hire own lawyers to represent them. Because of these reasons and the finality of the decision, the total costs of dispute resolution can be significantly lower than in court procedure or conventional arbitration. The price of the service (processing charge) is 5000 euros regardless of the amount of work needed or the difficulty of the dispute, unless a higher charge is in advance agreed upon in an expeptionally difficult, time-consuming or high-interest case.
